About Me

Technology Delivery Leader and full stack software developer with 15+ years driving digital project & product & program delivery across healthcare (PMP certified, BSc Computer Science), financial, property & telecommunication products/services, in both private and government tech sectors throughout Singapore and the APAC region. At PropertyGuru and NUHS I actively worked with multiple teams to implement Machine Learning and AI Solutions that were applicable to their relative verticals of PropertyTech & MedTech.

Most recently, I spent 6 months as Solutions Lead (AI focused) at National University Health System (NUHS), where I led product development for AI-powered solutions & systems, achieving 10-25% reductions in clinical documentation time and improving workflow efficiency by 25% through LLMs and Data Analytics.

Currently, I'm leading HealthTech and MedTech product development at Pangeatech (my company, running the business since June 2023, with HealthTech/MedTech focus since September 2025), building on my healthcare experience, and also focusing on other vertical domains from prior experiences.
